BCPTI Web Chat Series #15: Josh Russell

Josh has been a big part of BCPTI in the last year, serving as the Lead Instructor and doing a lot of work with prospective students as well as graduates. He takes his experience as an athlete, personal trainer and former club manager and is an exceptional mentor! We chat about his efforts to optimize his life from the various books he’s read to the different changes he’s made to be managing his work and living his life well.
