Keegan is a former varsity baseball player (left-handed pitcher) and a personal trainer/assistant manager. He’s also the guy I trust to train my mom which is a pretty high vote of confidence! We started working together in 2014 when I took my first club manager role and he’s been a great teammate and friend ever since. The theme of today’s chat is teamwork – what he learned as an athlete, what it takes to contribute to and succeed on a team in both athletics and the work environment. As we have been isolated from our clients and coworkers for the last little while, I think this is a great chat for anyone thinking about what it might look like as we get back to work. Thanks for joining me Keegan!
